The Moneytextme(tm) service enabled by the Macalla Platform(tm) provides people living in the developed world with a secure, convenient, reliable and fast means to transfer funds to family and friends in the developing world.

The service, launched by Macalla customer Pal Telecom, allows UK residents to top-up mobile phones of people in Ghana. The UK residents pay via reverse billing, debit/credit card, or cash through a network of agents. Mobile subscribers can also remit funds and pay bills by sending a text message. The service is expanding rapidly.
