Judging will be based on the following criteria:

• Company status – annual revenues less than $20 million USD; ownership cannot consist of Tier 1 or Tier 2 mobile operators or mobile vendors.

 

• Market potential – it can be shown that deployment improves the lives of people, small businesses, health, or government by markedly increasing opportunity, reduce costs and improve operating efficiency; improve revenue streams or create revenue or opportunity.

 

• Ease of integration – the application, product, service, or technology can be integrated into the network infrastructure with minimal disruption to existing legacy systems and devices using standard interfaces and does not disrupt or negatively impair existing mobile operator services or volumes.

 

• Innovative and original idea for new or improved functionality or enhancements across carrier infrastructure solutions, general business operations, or has adjacent industry applications.
