Frédéric Schepens joined Belgacom on 2 January 1997 and is now Executive Vice President Strategic Business Development. Frédéric held several management roles within Belgacom, of which Director of Mobile & xSP. Taking care of all the Mobile & xSP solutions worldwide. Before that Frédéric lived for 5.5 years in Asia where he founded and managed the companies for Belgacom in the Asia Pacific region. |

| Since the start of the company Frédéric has led a key role in the unprecedented growth of the company , which provides IP, Data & Voice services to Fixed Line Operators, ISP’s and Mobile Operators, to become one of the leading voice carries in the world. Prior to joining Belgacom, Frédéric was in the core teams of setting up mobile operators in the Netherlands (KPN Mobile) and in Belgium (Mobistar), which gives him a telecom experience of over 14 years. |

Marcos is the Sector Director for Intel Capital’s Mobility sector in EMEA. Intel Capital is the Venture Capital arm of Intel Corporation. Marcos joined Intel Capital in 1998 and is one of the founding members of the European team. Marcos has worked on a substantial number of transactions for Intel Capital including companies like Azure Solutions, eTel, B2, and Mirics. Prior to joining Intel, Marcos worked for a Brazilian bank called BBA Creditanstalt. Marcos has a military background, having studied in a Military school and in 1986 he joined the Brazilian Naval Academy. Then, Marcos continued his professional career now working as a derivatives trader for the Brazilian investment bank BBA Creditanstalt. Marcos is a Marine Engineer graduated from the University of Sao Paulo/Brazil and holds an MBA from INSEAD. Marcos is a citizen of Brazil, France and Italy, being fluent in English, French, Italian and Portuguese. |

Mr. Paganucci is currently working for Telecom Italia where he is VP for Consumer Innovation Plan within the Business Innovation Dept. In the previous two years he has been VP for Scouting & Benchmarking within the Mobile Unit of Telecom Italia covering all the activities related to Innovation for the mobile market. |

| In his previous activity as SIM Card & Service Development Director within the VAS Department,
Mr. Paganucci successfully brought to market enhanced SIM cards 64K, 128K, 256K, TIM being the first operator to do so. Before this, within the Marketing Department, Mr. Paganucci was Director of Site Development & Technology where the most significant achievements include TIM’s launch of the WAP and WEB site (i.TIM). His ICT career begins in HP, followed by Ericsson and Nokia as Intelligent Network expert. |

| Throughout his career, Mr. Paganucci has always focused on innovation, products development and, generally, on new business opportunities. |

| Mr. Paganucci attended the University “La Sapienza” in Rome where he obtained a Laurea in Electronic Engineering following under-graduate studies at the Ecole Internationale du SHAPE (Brussels). |

Steve Glagow is responsible for three areas within Orange: Commercial Operations, Project Management and Implementation, and Orange Partner, which is the world-wide partner and developer programme from Orange. This programme provides mobile application and content developers with the tools required to build solutions that satisfy the requirements of a 100 million-plus customer base across the globe. Partners are supported with development tools, information, testing and certification, free on-line support, and access to the new Orange Partner global development centres. Approved content and applications can be distributed to the Orange customer base. There are over 55,000 members of the program. |

| Steve joined Orange in December 2003 from Hewlett-Packard where he was director of software developer programmes. His background is predominantly in the marketing, technical and communications area with senior roles at: Coopers & Lybrand (director of strategic business services), Digital Equipment (director of marketing), Sequent Computer Systems (director of telecommunications), Silicon Graphics (director of marketing for telecommunication and media), and Bluestone, which was later acquired by HP, (VP of international marketing operations). |

| Steve sits on the board of directors of EEMA, a European Commerce and Security Association and also is president of ISUG, the international Sybase User Group. |
